Must be 18+ and medically capable to be tattooed (see tattoo appointment stipulations). The tattoo appointment must be booked and fulfilled within 1 year of purchase. The artwork will be tattooed once. The cost of the tattoo is separate, and a deposit is required to set the appointment. Any allowable changes to the tattoo, including size, are at the artist's discretion.
