Booking

 

Booking with Jamie is currently closed, and the Waitlist submission form is closed.  Waitlist admission status will be sent out soon. 

 

However, VIP Artwork will continue to be offered throughout the year!  With the purchase of one of these original artworks comes the opportunity to have that piece of artwork tattooed within the next six months after purchase.  These can be gifted as well!

 

 

How much does a tattoo cost?

As we are all adjusting from effects of the last couple years, including increased supply costs, my rates are now $170 per hour, with $170 minimum. 

The session begins with your stencil preparation or with drawing directly on your skin. If there are last-minute changes to your design, this is included in the session time.


Does completing the Tattoo Application Form guarantee an appointment?  

Unfortunately, no. Emerald Artistry Studio cannot service all tattoo applicants. This is a private tattoo studio and Jamie Fifer is the only licensed tattoo artist on the team. 

However, when you purchase Emerald VIP Artwork, you are guaranteed a tattoo appointment for the purchased piece from current appointment availability.

 

Receiving the Booking Form

Be sure to check your promotion folder and spam or junk folder! 

We always send out a "Pre-Booking" Newsletter. Look for this and mark Emerald Artistry Studio as a safe sender. On Gmail, you can drag and drop our emails into your Primary Column, so you'll get the Booking Application with no hiccups!

If all else fails, you can visit our website and click the booking link posted (only available during Open Booking). 

 

Tattoo Waitlist

When you subscribe to the Emerald Newsletter, the Waitlist Application is immediately sent to your inbox if submissions are currently being accepted.  Be sure to check your promotion folder and spam or junk folder in case it gets caught in there! 

 

Tattoo Scheduling

The process of finding suitable appointments for as many applicants as possible can take some time. If you are approved for an appointment, we will let you know when you're booked as soon as possible. Until then, we will send progress updates in the Newsletter and on social media. We will also notify when booking is closed in the Emerald Newsletter and on social media.

 

Appointment Rescheduling

After you pay the $100 deposit for your appointment, it is considered officially booked both for you and the studio. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit may be forfeited. If the studio needs to reschedule, your deposit is honored in full and your appointment is rescheduled.

Appointments and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

We understand "life" happens.  If you need to reschedule due to emergency situations, please get ahold of us 24 hours in advance, if possible. 

If you forget or no-show once, you will forfeit your deposit and be afforded the opportunity to book again, after paying for the full time allotment the day the appointment is set.  If for any reason you are not able to make that appointment, you will again forfeit the entire deposit and will no longer be offered appointments.


Gift Certificates

Emerald tattoo gift certificates are available with purchase of Emerald VIP Artwork for VIP Artwork tattoos.
